Shipping & Order Processing

At Ruvio, we’re pleased to provide free shipping on every order—no minimum purchase required.

Once your payment has been confirmed, please allow 1–5 business days for our team to carefully prepare your order for shipment. Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.


Estimated Delivery Times

We work with reliable carriers, including USPS, to ensure your order arrives safely. Delivery typically takes 20–30 business days, depending on your location. Please be aware that customs checks, remote destinations, or national holidays may cause additional delays.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or the item is defective, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. You can initiate a return or exchange through our Returns Center. If stock is available, you may request either a replacement or store credit. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include detailed information and photos (if applicable).


Missing or Stolen Shipments

In the rare case that your package is lost in transit and officially confirmed undeliverable, we will send a replacement at no cost.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, reshipment will require payment of a new shipping fee.

⚠️ Please note: If a carrier marks your package as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, Ruvio cannot issue a replacement. However, we will provide full tracking details to assist you in filing a claim with your local postal service. If you believe the package was stolen, we recommend filing a police report and sharing a copy with us so we can support your claim.
