At Ruvio, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.


Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in new condition, and free from signs of wear.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Return a Product

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Items Not Eligible for Return

For health, safety, or custom reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Final Sale Items & Gift Cards

Products marked as final sale, including clearance items and gift cards, are non-refundable and non-returnable.


Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been processed.


EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
